What is Seesaw?

"Seesaw is a platform for student engagement. Teachers can empower students to create, reflect, share, and collaborate. Students “show what they know” using photos, videos, drawings, text, PDFs, and links. It’s simple to get student work in one place and share with families, and nothing is shared without teacher approval." (from their website)

Think of it as an interactive learning journal for a student, teacher and the class they are in. Each of the classrooms have their own page and only they can see the activities and share it with their families.

How does Seesaw work?

Students use creative tools to take pictures, draw, record videos and more to capture learning in a portfolio.
Teachers find or create activities to share with students.
Families only see their child's work and leave comments and encouragement. Learn more about what families see here.

Below are a list of "How to's" and helpful resources for parents and students to use, when working with Seesaw.
